Paul Wagner, an enthusiastic builder, is building a tunnel in Hong Kong connecting the island to the mainland, but is murdered by the Mafia, in league with his partner Griffith, just before completion. Wagner's young sons Chad and Alex miraculously escape from the rain of bullets. One is rescued by a native woman, the other by a family friend, Frank. Twenty-five years later, the brothers reunite to avenge their parents' deaths. But first they must come to an agreement between themselves. Life on the streets has made Alex a hardened, distrustful cynic; Chad, living in the luxury of Frank's house, is a reckless, slightly naive young man. But to defeat Zhang's mafia, they must work together.
