California, the 80s, and one high school where all the guys are trying to do the same thing: find something that wears boobs and make it fun for both sides. The perpetually stoned Jeff Spicoli (Sean Penn) makes fun of the school, Brad Hamilton has to make a living at a diner, while his sister Stacy tries for the first time what her friend Linda has supposedly been doing for a long time. We are, in short, in high school!
