Men In Black takes the Men in Black conspiracy theory and turns it into a comedy. In the movie they're the best kept secret on Earth, and indeed the universe and work for a highly funded but unofficially named government agency. After a run in with an alien during a routine cop call, Jay has his mind blanked of any involvement with the alien by MiB member Kay, but is summoned at a test to see if he has what it takes to join. After joining, he finds that there's a whole universe of aliens out there, even on earth, but that they're all kept secret from humanity.
