The War of the Roses is the story of a failing, toxic marriage. Barbara and Oliver Rose want out of the 17 year marriage that they had, each of them seeking a divorce from one another. The problem though arises when it turns out that neither one wants to leave the opulent and expensive home they each own. So this begins a long battle between each other as they try to reach new heights to try and force each one from the house so they can claim it. Slowly this leaves their lives in shambles, and their children watch in horror before hiring Lawyer Gavin D'Amato to try and reach a conclusion between them both before it escalates.
