Set in the near future when artificial organs can be bought on credit, it revolves around a man who struggles to make the payments on a heart he has purchased. He must therefore go on the run before said ticker is repossessed.

Repo Men is a Science Fiction movie that takes place in the future where medical technology has advanced enough to the point that people can buy artificial organs to extend their life. However with the high price of purchase, maintaining payments becomes impossible, and if they default on a payment an organization simply known as the "The Union" send Repo Men to repossess the organs. Remy though is one Union Repo Man though who finds himself the recipient of an artificial heart and finds he can't keep up with the payment, and his former partner is hot on his heels when he defaults.
