FBI agent Clarice Starling, young and talented has been put in charge of the investigation on Buffalo Bill. This psychopath serial killer kidnappers and murdered young women before skinning them. But the investigation stalls and Clarice will seek the help of Hannibal Lecter, central character of the movie. He is a brilliant psychologist who has been incarcerated for height years in a high security psychiatric hospital for cannibalism. In exchange for information on Buffalo Bill, Lecter will ask Clarice for some personal information. Even though she was warned not to, she will give satisfaction to Lecter in order to keep her investigation going.
