The Green Mile is a moved based off of the 1996 Steven King novel of the same name. In it, Paul Edgecomb has walked the green mile with a variety of different convicts sentenced to death row. Though he's never encountered someone like John Coffey before, who's a massive black man that was convicted of brutally murdering a pair of young girls. Coffey has the strength and size to kill anyone easily, but not the mentality to do it. Simple, respectful, and gentle, Coffey also possesses a talent that's supernatural in nature that goes beyond anything Paul has encountered before.
