"Hostel" is a deeply disturbing horror movie that's directed by Eli Roth, and showcases scenes of absolute sadism, torture, and horror. In the film, friends Josh (Derek Richardson) and Paxton (Jay Hernandez) decide that they want to spend their summer vacation after college on a trip across Europe, backpacking and hitchhiking their way through. On a stop in Amsterdam to indulge in sex and drugs, they meet Oli (Eythor Gudjonsson), who's a traveler from Iceland. When leaving, they set off to investigate an enticing rumor of a Slovakian hostel that's populated by lusty women, cheap drugs, and alcohol and is a tourist's dream. Instead, what they find is that they end up in a nightmare.
