Movie or TV Series Plot
Alex (Ben Stiller) and Nancy (Drew Barrymore) purchase a duplex apartment in Brooklyn, New York, with dreams of fixing it up and living the perfect life. However, their plans are thwarted when they discover that their elderly tenant, Mrs. Connelly, is an eccentric and stubborn woman who makes their lives miserable with her constant demands and noise. As they try to get Mrs. Connelly to move out, their efforts only lead to comical and disastrous consequences. The movie explores themes of frustration, deception, and the absurdity of everyday life.
